That is how I would write it. Are you
trying to inform them so that they can
help recover it? Because if that's the
case, then I would add another sentence
to that effect. A sentence like:
"IF YOU HAVE ANY INFORMATION ABOUT ITS
WHEREABOUTS, KINDLY LET ONE OF THE STAFF
MEMBERS KNOW.
YOUR HELP IN RECOVERING IT WILL BE
GREATLY APPRECIATED."
